We are happy to work for you under these delivery and payment conditions: Offers, sales, deliveries and calculations are made under the following conditions and at our prices valid on the day of delivery, which we reserve the right to change at any time; in this respect, our offers and delivery agreements are subject to change. Delivery: Delivery is always made for the account and at the risk of the recipient. Packaging, postage and handling charges will be invoiced to the recipient. The cheapest shipping method will always be chosen. In case of special requests, e.g. express, the additional costs will be charged.
2. delivery time: all orders are only accepted subject to correct and timely delivery to ourselves. Force majeure, operational disruptions, official measures or other unforeseen circumstances occurring at our premises or those of our suppliers shall release us from compliance with agreed delivery periods and shall also give us the right to discontinue further deliveries without subsequent delivery obligations and without granting compensation. 3. complaints - returns: Complaints of any kind can only be considered if they are made within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
Models that are not in our catalogue or that differ from the models shown there are generally excluded from exchange. The rejected goods may only be returned with our express prior consent. We reserve the right to pay for justified defects either by repair or replacement. In the case of hidden defects, the statutory provisions shall apply. Return or exchange of firmly ordered and properly delivered goods is not possible without our express consent.
3.1 Made to measure: For articles which have been manufactured according to measurements and whose measurements have not been measured by us, we generally do not assume any guarantee of fit or exchange. On request, we will take the measurements on site. The resulting costs, such as daily rate, travel costs, expenses, are for the account of the customer.
4. reservation of proprietary rights:
We reserve the proprietary rights of all goods delivered by us until the complete payment of all claims, also those arising in the future or conditionally. However, the buyer is entitled to resell or process the goods to a third party in the ordinary course of business.
